For 2 days return, the parcel has to be available for pickup in next 48 hrs after the return request generated.
The returned parcel should be available for pickup at the given time, the pickup attempt will be made once only. If the parcel is not available or not properly packed for return then the retailer will not be eligible for the return and had to keep it
For refunds, update bank account details in the app. In case the account details entered by the retailer is incorrect then “The Shirt Shop” will not be responsible for the refund credited to an incorrect account.
Buyer has to return the entire set along with the accessories / bags / booklet/ invoice of the set. Along with the same parcel in which it was delivered including previous shipping label.
Return will be executed for the entire order and not partial. for example if an order contains 10 pcs. then all the 10 pcs. will be returned at once and not 5 pcs.
If the returned parcel does not contain the original product that are delivered then the necessary deductions will be executed according to price of the missing or mismatched product before refund.
The packaging of the returned parcel will be the responsibility of the retailer, any damage caused due to improper packaging will be borne by the retailer.
Final Discretion will be of THE SHIRT SHOP platform.
The Shirt Shop is the market place only, and is not responsible for the product quality and service issues.
Delayed deliveries of parcel caused due to unexpected accidents or natural disasters will not be the responsibility of “The Shirt Shop”. In such cases the return shipping would be borne by the retailer only.
